We regularly source our own land by negotiating prior to releaser with a developer, landowner or by carrying out our own subdivisions. We also build on land brought to us by our clients.

We look after all compliances including Council and Government regulations, water, and energy utility authorities. This ensures that our builds meet all essential criteria and run smoothly.

Consultants

We have a team of reputable consultants and suppliers to prepare for our developments and builds. Many of these we have been partnered with for over 30 years.

Design

We design our own houses. We design with the knowledge of the area and its trends, taking into consideration the purchaser/occupant or investor for each project in order to maximise desirability and sale ability. We also work with existing client plans.

Construction

We build our own houses. This ensures total control, maximises efficiencies and delivers projects sooner than many other companies. It also maximises returns by developing a cost-effective project for homeowners, investors and ourselves.
